Shipping
Orders are shipped within two days of receipt. We have 125,000 products in stock and always ready to ship immediately. Custom orders ship in five days. Plus, your order is triple-checked for accuracy and arrives in one, complete shipment. We will call you with a freight quote after you place your order.

Shipping Methods
We try to ship UPS Ground to provide you the most economical shipping method possible. You may request Air Freight for your packages at an additional charge. For special handling of certain items, regulatory shipping charges apply. Items are FOB our warehouse – all shipments shall be at the Buyer’s risk and shall not be insured, unless otherwise requested in writing by the Buyer.

We promise to provide you with products that are free of workmanship defects. However, we cannot assume liability for injury, loss or damage, consequential, of any kind, from the use or inability to use Eberl Iron Works, Inc products.

Returns
Goods may not be returned for any reason unless prior written permission is obtained from Company. All Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be credited at original invoice value only. All returns must be freight prepaid at the Buyer’s expense. Goods returned without written authorization shall be refused; risk of loss for all Goods returned to Company shall at all times be upon the Buyer. Goods will not be accepted unless returned within 30 days of invoice date.
